For The Owners Who Are Tired of Guessing
I’m a blue-collar girl doing work that usually lives in white-collar rooms.
I work with small business owners who are good at what they do. Builders. Operators. Doers. People who didn’t start a business because they wanted a logo or a mission statement, but because they were skilled, passionate, or saw a real need and stepped up. Most of them were never taught how to actually run a business.
They learned by doing. By working longer hours. By figuring it out the hard way. And for a while, that works. Until it doesn’t. The business gets heavier, decisions stack up, everything lives in their head, and growth starts to feel risky instead of exciting. Or they hit a crossroads and don’t know which way to go.
That’s where I come in.
Not to motivate. Not to “10x” anything. Not to drown people in jargon or frameworks they’ll never use. I help owners slow things down enough to see clearly. We look at what’s working, what’s not, and what actually matters. We evaluate options, talk through real numbers and real constraints, and then build a plan that makes sense for the business and the life they want to live.
This kind of work has traditionally been reserved for white-collar companies with big budgets and big teams. Small businesses deserve it too. They deserve clarity, perspective, and someone in the room who can help them think, not just grind harder.
I know this world. I know what it looks like to work hard and still feel unsure. To carry everything on your shoulders and wonder if you’re doing it right.
hyLINE exists for owners who are tired of guessing. For the ones at a pivot point. For the ones who’ve built something real and don’t want to screw it up. For the ones who just want things to make sense.
No fluff. No posturing. Just clear thinking, practical plans, and businesses that actually work.
PS. If you’re sitting with a decision you can’t seem to land, I have a few one-time Decision Clarity sessions open this month. This isn’t coaching. It’s help making the call. Details are on the Work With Me page.
