field notes
letters and lessons from a creative director building in real time.
These are weekly letters documenting what I’m building, what I’m learning, and how creative direction shows up in real life. Some are reflective. Some are strategic. All of them are written from the middle of the work, not after it’s polished.

The Decisions That Don’t Wait For Meetings
Most of the hard decisions in business don’t happen in meetings. They happen in the middle of the day, between tasks, while you’re driving, or after a conversation that didn’t sit right. They show up when you know something needs to be decided, but you don’t want to rush it or make the wrong call.
